Our commitment to student well-being is exemplified through two pivotal sub-departments: Student Life and Student Health. While the Dean of Students oversees Student Life, emphasizing non-academic support, the Dean of Health champions the health-related initiatives of our student community. Together, under the guidance of the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs, we strive for a holistic and enriching student support framework.

We are in search of an individual passionate about advancing the health and wellness of our vibrant student body, playing the pivotal role of a Pharmacist within the Student Health team. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in dispensing medications, advising on drug-related concerns, and fostering a culture of safe and informed medication use on campus.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Dispense prescribed medications and counsel students on their usage, side effects, and potential interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Conduct medication reviews and participate in health education programs.
  • Monitor medication inventory, ensuring the availability of essential drugs and pharmaceutical supplies.
  • Adhere to all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and maintain meticulous records of medication transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree(s) in Pharmacy;
  • Advanced degree(s) in Pharmacy;
  • State license as pharmacist in good standing;
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate, and work with others effectively;
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential material with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
